Lowforge Gundogs

As regular visitors to the site will have noticed, we had two litters of Labradors this year. Indy had a litter of nine pups, and Ash a litter of four. We have kept three of Indys pups to run on until the spring.

We have kept back two of Ashs’ pups, Jocky, the black dog, and Rosa, the yellow bitch.

We have two people that want part trained dogs in the summer of 2010, so we will take the pups on until they are around 12 months old, and then make our decision from there.

There was only one dog pup in this litter, and he went to a friend of ours Natasha Bujnoch of Contender Gundogs in Suffolk.

Natasha is very pleased with the progress that Lowforge Bohannon, or Adder, as he is now known, has made thus far. It is hoped that with some experience of game this season, he will make the grade for Field Trials at some point in the not too distant future.

Adder has certainly come a long way since being a rather serious looking puppy, and has grown into a rather handsome looking young dog, even if we say so ourselves!!
